Granit is an apartment within a traditional style building of only 8 apartments. The apartment has a large living space that includes the kitchen and dining area. There are 4 bedrooms.
The Kitchen is equipped with modern Miele appliances, has granite worktops a fridge freezer with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and a dedicated wine fridge.
The main bedroom is a large room with a double bed and windows on two sides with direct access onto the balcony. There is an en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is a double room with double bed and access onto the balcony.
The third bedroom is a bunk bed room with an en suite shower room and private balcony.
The fourth bedroom is a smaller bunk bedroom.
There is a family bathroom in addition to the ensuite facilities and a separate WC.
There are washing facilities within the apartment and also a communal washroom in the basement.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has lift access.
There is an extensive balcony that runs along two sides of the apartment with far reaching views over the mountains.
The apartment has the advantage of a home cinema. There is a ceiling projector and a screen that pulls down. The Blue Ray player will play conventional DVDs and there is an extensive DVD collection. There are also plenty of books and games to borrow. There is also a Bose sound system and wifi.
Bedding and towels are included as is the final clean.
Granit is our family’s second home; the property was recently refurbished and refurnished.
